Cleaning cloth Scheme
- blue cloth: To clean very dirty things like the floor
- yellow cloth: To clean surfaces: Bars, drawers, etc.
- red cloth: To clean cutlery, glasses etc.
The used cleaning rags can be washed out after cleaning and hung up for drying in the cleaning cupboard at the bottom of the "Hanging with drip pan). They will be washed later!
Cleaning products
There are vatious cleaning products in the cleaning cupboards and also in the TAB-Zone downstairs that have different purposes. You can find a short instruction here:

It is important that you use the cleaning products sparingly and refill emty bottles (reserve in the TAB area) so they are available also for the next event organiser. Please record everything to the TAB-protocol.
Bars
In the CAB the entire bar must be well cleaned and then disinfected. To clean it, use a bucket of warm water and a splash of the all-purpose cleaner. In addition to the bar, all refrigerated drawers must also be cleaned inside and out. To disinfect (after cleaning) rub the disinfectant with paper towels on the bar and in the drawers. Afterwards, nothing should be placed on the disinfected surfaces.
Floor
If "cleaning by organiser" is agreed, the floor must be cleaned. First you sweep the floor with the broom, which can be found behind the cleaning cupboard. Then the floor is picked up with water. To the cleaning water you have to add the floor cleaning agent from the cleaning cupboard (Maxx Forte2) The water should be changed often and if the floor is very dirty, it should be wiped several times. After the last pass with the mop, do not walk on the floor, otherwise footprints will be left. The used dirty mops should be rinsed off so well and then hung up in the cleaning cupboard at the bottom of the "hanging up with drip basin) for drying. These are washed later!
Beer dispensing system
If the taps have been used, they must be flushed after the event. You can find instructions on the page about drinks.
Cleaning cupboard
In the CAB F21 there are cleaning cupboards in the kitchen, in front of the CAB D21 in the corridor and in the rooms HXE B1 and HXE C1. The following should be available in the cleaning cupboards:
- floor cleaning products
- All-purpose cleaner
- Disinfectant (only in CAB rooms)
- Detergent
- 2x Brooms
- 2x clean bucket
- 2x Mop
- cloth
- Paper
- garbage, aluminium and PET bags
If something goes out, there is spare material in the CAB downstairs in the StuZ storage and in the HXE in the small room under the stairs. Please document this in the TAB protocol so that replenishment can be initiated quickly.
Waste disposal
CAB: On the E and F floors there is a disposal room in the corridor for cardboard and rubbish (E , F 17.2). In the inner courtyard (near the Fachverein lounge) there is a bin for glass waste. Aluminium and PET are filled into the corresponding recycling bags and after the event the bags are placed in the StuZ warehouse for empties.
HXE: Waste, cardboard, PET, ALU and glass can all be disposed of before the HXE in the appropriate containers.
