TAB Checklist - CAB

Before the organizer arrives

  • Read the contract and the permit (if applicable) again
  • determine that you have access to the TAB protocol and the TAB_Getränkeverwaltung
  • take out the TAB Keychain from the save
  • Make sure that you can be reached via your mobile
  • Preparing / cooling drinks
  • Bypass door alarm/remove Prim

During construction/Set up

  • Tour with organiser - check and record the cleaning condition and defects
  • Technical equipment and bar explain
  • Beverage dispenser - Always remove beverages from the cold store first
  • Organizers inform about:
    • Conditions arising from contract and permit
    • Hand out rags, cloths, garbage bags
    • Disposal
    • Depot
    • Access list
  • Control of escape routes
  • Setup of the DJ podium if required
  • Meeting with organizer and security if required - Exchange of mobile phone numbers

During the event

  • Being reachable via mobile phone
  • Continuously record damages
  • keep stockroom order

During dismantling

  • Actively support the end of the event (curfew 30min before the end of the event, music off and lights on at the end of the event)
  • Final discussion with organizer and security
  • Issue cleaning material
  • Check cleaning and have it repaired
  • If parallel event, agreement due to cleaning of divided areas
  • Rinse used dispensing systems
  • Check the dismantling of the technical installations
  • Beverage take-back
  • Take back consumables and loan material and check for completeness
  • Final tour:
    • Closing windows and doors
    • Check floors, WCs and surroundings
  • Complete TAB protocol and send by mail
